Branding

A mark, a type system and a palette that still work at sixteen pixels.

Overview

A mark, a type system and a palette, made by the person who is then going to build the site with them. No handover gap where the identity says one thing and the website says another, and nothing that only works at poster size.

The Stages

3 stages
  1. Dig

What the business actually is, in plain words, before anything gets drawn.

  2. Draw

A mark, a type system and a palette that survive being used small.

  3. Pack

Questions

3 answered
Do I get the files?

All of them, in the formats each place needs, plus the working files. Nothing is held back to keep you coming back.

Can you work with a logo I already have?

Often the better option. If it works, it gets a system built around it rather than replaced for the sake of it.

What if I only need the mark?

That is fine. Type, palette and motion exist because most people need them eventually, not because they are compulsory.

What This Is Not

Scope, up front
  • A logo contest with fifty options
  • Print production management
  • An identity you cannot afford to use
