Teddington sits between Kingston and Richmond, which makes TW11 about as local to me as anywhere gets. Plenty of what I build here is for practices and independents: a calm site, booking that fits how you actually work, and someone who picks up the phone rather than opens a ticket. Hand written, no page builders, and most builds go live in one to four weeks.
Sitting between the two places I am in most, and a high street unusually full of practitioners: therapists, physios, dentists and consultants working alone or in twos. Almost all of them need the same three things and are sold a fourth they do not.

A directory rents you attention and keeps the relationship. A site you own costs once and stops the monthly listing fee being the only way anyone finds you. Most practices end up running both for a while.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. A day of work is a perfectly good reason to get in touch, and it is usually the fastest way for both of us to find out whether we work well together.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. White-label build work is straightforward, and I am happy to stay behind your brand and your client relationship.
