AI workflows, automation, PCB design and the design work around them. Usually one build rather than four suppliers who each need the others to finish first.
Who it suits
- Teams doing by hand what a workflow could do
- Products that need hardware and software together
- Anyone co-ordinating four suppliers for one outcome

3 stagesDefine
What should run without a person, and what genuinely still needs one.
Prototype
A board or a workflow you can try, before anything is committed to.
Produce
Made, tested, and the firmware and design work finished around it.

Scope, up frontQuestions
3 answeredDo you do hardware and software?
Both, which is usually the point. A board, the firmware on it, and whatever it talks to, without three suppliers each waiting on the others.
How far do you take a board?
Designed, made and tested. Small runs are straightforward. If it goes to volume I will tell you who does that better than I do.
Is the AI part just an API call?
Sometimes that genuinely is the right answer and I will say so. Where it is not, the work is in the grounding and the checking rather than the call.
What This Is Not
Scope, up front- Volume manufacturing. I will point you to it
- Certification and compliance testing
- A model trained from scratch
